Chen, operating as Chen Tuning Solutions, handles enquiries received through this website. Contact chen@chentuning.com about your information.
Information you provide
The form asks for your name, email address and message. Vehicle or ECU details are optional. Information is requested to answer your enquiry, understand your needs and arrange services. Providing it is voluntary, not a legal obligation; required fields are necessary to submit the form. You may email directly instead. Do not send medical information, passwords, payment card details or identity numbers.
How is your enquiry delivered?
On submission, details are sent to the website server. When email delivery is configured, Resend sends them to the business mailbox so Chen can reply. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies submissions against spam and processes technical information and IP addresses. If delivery is unavailable, the form displays an error and offers direct email contact. The form does not write to a dedicated website enquiry database; this does not mean email providers do not retain messages.
Cookies, language and measurement
Your language preference is stored in your browser using localStorage under chen-language for later visits. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data. Cloudflare Turnstile loads to protect the form. When traffic measurement is enabled, the site loads Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate measurement. No advertising pixels or TikTok players are integrated in the site code. Hosting and security infrastructure may process IP addresses, device details and request data to deliver and protect the website.
Providers and external links
Hosting providers, Cloudflare, Resend and email providers may process information to provide their services, including outside Israel. External links take you to services whose own privacy terms also apply. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Retention and your rights
Closing the site after submitting an enquiry does not delete copies held by email services. You may ask about retention and use, request access and correction under applicable law, and request deletion subject to circumstances and retention obligations. Proportionate identity verification may be needed before information is disclosed.
